we are hiring in all positions: cloakroom, kiosk, bar, logistics, security (FLINTA* people most welcome!), awareness, food truck, sound and light (FLINTA* people most welcome), cleaning & order!

But it is much more important to us that we get to know each other in advance: telephone, video call, meet in person - everything is possible. 

we encourage guests and working people to elaborate a critically reflected and safe drug and alcohol management for themselves and others. we establish drug awareness in our cultural venue.

YOUR PROFILE

attention: we are only looking for people who have safe time for at least three or four shifts a month! please make sure you'll be available for three to four shifts a month at least.

WHAT WE OFFER

The Mensch Meier is a club and culture house that sees itself as both an event location and a platform. The operators work collectively, grassrooted democratic and in solidarity with each other. In addition Mensch Meier has set itself the task of creating a space in which relationships can be formed in a self-determined manner. The place stands for inspiration, intervention and movement. Culture, art, party and politics are combined here. With the means of criticism and the weapons of art, theater is regularly (un)properly made. About 100 employees make the house a stimulus and employer in the district. The regular program includes ten to twelve productions per month in three rooms and one outside area, each with a bar and stage - plus: concerts, wall art, performance and space for inspiration and movement.
