service employee (runner)
YOUR MOTTO IS GRIT
YOUR TEETH AND GET IT?
GREAT. WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU.
For our club operation in Rollbergstraße, we're hiring a part-time service employee (also a mini-job) at the earliest possible date.
In this position, you support our bar team and have their backs. You're their backbone, their invisible superpower!
Your main tasks include:
• Keep the event rooms free of empties and glass
• Return of the glass to the bars and corresponding space organization
• Cleaning of bars and bar areas during operation
• Refilling the beverage stock during operation
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
A sense of fun for night work! You are open-minded, communicative and keep a clear head even in stressful situations. Your watchful eye immediately sees when an empty glass is standing around somewhere and you can easily carry a drink box from A to B. Chaos at the bar is not your thing. You ensure a well-functioning work environment without being asked and support your bar team with skillful moves. Our team is diverse, interdisciplinary and international. Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage.
We are a familiar team with almost 100 employees. In addition to performance-based and fair payment, we regularly offer internal and external training opportunities. Our cooperation is characterized by flat hierarchies, a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
A balanced work-life romance is important to us. That's why we make sure that our scheduling is compatible with your life.
In addition, we also offer the opportunity to participate in regular corporate yoga classes.
Germany's largest queer club. In addition to our regular club operations, we also maintain other business areas, which include in particular the rental of the location, an online shop and the conception and organisation of different event and cultural formats.
MORE THAN A CLUB
SchwuZ is an employer driven by inclusion and diversity, in which every person is accepted as he or she is or wants to be. We see ourselves as a safer space for everyone who feels part of the queer community.
Our organization is characterized by a strong sense of community and togetherness. Harmony, empathy and respectful interaction are not only important to us, but also essential components of our corporate culture.
