The work with us takes place during the day and evening at 3 bars outside in the fresh air, and always in a pleasant soundscape. Our guests come from all over the world and want to relax and enjoy the vibes. At our regular events it can also be lively and very busy at the bar and in the camp, but always in a professional way and with a good mood!
We are hoping for numerous bar-talented people who understand (learn) our passion for the YAAM and commit themselves alongside us for a more colorful world!
The skills of an experienced barkeeper show themselves above all in practice. That's why we don't want to conduct a simple job interview, but invite you to try out working with us!
The YAAM is an urban subcultural gathering place on the Spree, open to all people with a tolerant, peaceful and non-discriminatory attitude towards each other.
