An awareness person in a club is responsible for the safety and well-being of the guests. Their tasks include:

• Prevention, such as training, creating codes of conduct, and awareness concepts.

• Early intervention in problems, support for those affected, complaint management, enforcement of club policies and the awareness concept, first aid, and communication with security personnel.

Awareness work aims to create a safer and enjoyable space by promoting mutual respect and combating discrimination. Awareness teams are especially present during events and accessible to guests.
