The bar staff is divided into various roles:

• Bartender

• Bar management

• Runner

The tasks vary depending on the role and may include preparing drinks, taking orders and serving customers, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and entertaining guests, and sometimes also preparing and selling food. Depending on the size, clubs usually have several staff members distributed at sometimes different bars. Close collaboration both within the bar team and with the night management and other teams, such as the awareness team and security staff, is also important.
